Payments to FlickRocket

In most cases, FlickRocket will collect any balance due for your account from your credit card, so it is important that you enter your credit card information and that it is kept up to date.

FlickRocket will send an invoice along with detailed activity reports to you via email at the end of each month. The invoice will include your monthly plan fee and any transaction fees accumulated during that month. Approximately 24 hours later, FlickRocket will attempt to charge your credit card for the amount of the invoice. (You can access a zip archive of any past month's billing at Company>Billing.)

FlickRocket is fully PCI-DSS compliant, so entry of your credit card information must be entered by you or someone in your company with authorization to do so.

Entering your credit card information

To enter your credit card information:

  1. Go to Company>Settings>Company.
  2. Scroll down to the Payment Data (Optional) section.
  3. Click the Change button.
  4. Select the credit card type and click Next.
  5. Enter your credit card information and complete the process.

Enable advanced security is enabled by default. If you do not know if your card is signed up with 3D Secure and your attempt to enter your card information fails, select the Disable Advanced Security option and enter your credit card information again.

Advanced Security

Below is a summary of the newer 3D Secure regulation.

To meet the new Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements in Europe, the use of the 3D Secure service is now required. This additional security layer is marketed under different names including Visa Secure, Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, Mastercard Identity Check, Discover ProtectBuy, JBC J/Secure, and American Express SafeKey.

U.S. and Canadian based companies can disable the 3D Secure requirement, however we recommend signing up for the service not only for added security, but because it will also become mandatory for the U.S. in the future. To sign-up for this service, you would need to contact your bank or credit card issuer. There is no cost for the 3D Secure service.
