The following options are available when you select “Newsletter” as recipients.
Target customers by country and language
Use these options to limit your send-out to residents of certain countries or speaking a certain language. This information about the recipient was stored during sign-up.
Product related targeting
By using these options you define who receives the send-out. If you don’t do any changes, by default every customer will receive it. If you make individual settings, all of them must be true in order to trigger the send-out.
- Projects
This section enables you to select specific projects from which the customer must have purchased at least one.
- Categories
This section enables you to select specific categories out of which the customer must have purchased at least one.
- License Types
In this section you can define if you want the send-out to reach recipients of rental and/or to-own licenses.
- Licenses
This section enables you to select specific licenses out of which the customer must have purchased at least one.
- Project Type
This section enables you to select specific projects types out of which the customer must have purchased at least one.
- Theme
Use the theme option options to limit your send-out to customers which ordered via a specific theme.
Action Targeting
With these options you define when (after which trigger event) the emails are send out. Generally this can be immediately (manually) which you click the “Send” button or automated every time after a certain event.
- Immediately (manually)
Use this option in case you want the send-out to happen immediately (manually) when you click on “Send”.
- Fixed date
Use this option in case you want the system to schedule the send-out at a certain date.
- After sales
Use this option if you want to create a rule which triggers the send-out a certain time after a customer made a purchase/rental.
- After inactivity
Use this option if you want to create a rule which triggers the send-out in case an existing customer has not made a purchase from you for a certain time frame.
- After initial sale
Use this option if you want to create a rule which triggers the send-out a certain time after a new customer made a purchase/rental.
