Generally, the customer support is currently handled through FlickRocket. However, through the “Support -> Support -> Manage” function every shop owner can handle support himself or track support incidents handled by FlickRocket.
You can enter a part of the name (first or last name not both), email address or Order ID and will receive a list of all orders, downloads, licenses and previous e-mail communication with the customer.
If a customer has exceeded downloads or licenses, this page can be used to delete previous licenses or downloads, so that the customer can re-download or receive a new license.
This function should also be used to communicate with the customer so that a history of all communication is preserved.
