We wanted to keep you up to date on major platform changes we’ve been making recently. Here’s a quick recap of the most important ones:
- General availability of web streaming (with DRM)
After some months in BETA, DRM protected video streaming in Chrome and Firefox is now generally available for linear HD and SD streams. Stay tuned for advanced functionality like play lists and advanced navigation.
- New shop payment options “pay-by-invoice” and “pre-payment”
“Pay-by-invoice” and “Pre-payment” options for handling shop sales are now also available for processing via Flickrocket. For requirements and details contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- New players with push and advanced group support
Massively advanced group functionality in backend and new players, allowing content push and replacement for group content.
- Content Marketplace coming soon
Content Marketplace is an upcoming free option which allows content owners to sell content via third-party stores while keeping full control and audit capabilities. The first content owners are now being accepted to participate in the BETA – if you are interested in selling more, please contact email@example.com.
