You are listed as a partner because you have a FlickRocket Partner account or Protect Software Duplicator or Replicator account. With each of these accounts you are able to set up customers for physical production and online sales and earn money.

You can set up customers for using FlickRocket/Protect Software solutions and earn money from their activities. This ranges from simple physical media production jobs to managing fully featured cloud based online shop systems. For more information please contact info@flickrocket.com.

This means that none of your customers made generated any sales during the recent month. As a result, you do not receive any commission. You might want to contact your clients to get a status update and help them with any issues. For technical help please contact support@flickrocket.com.

Basically every time one of your clients performs an online transaction, you can earn money. This means that your priority needs to be helping your clients to get their online sales running. We provide a lot of help and can also get in direct touch with your clients if you request this. Just contact us at info@flickrocket.com.
